Service Description
Supercharge your sprinting with four 2-1 sessions (two athletes, one coach) led by a former Olympic sprinter turned coach. Designed for you and a teammate, partner, or sibling, this program refines technique, enhances speed, builds endurance, and sharpens race strategy. Through collaborative drills, block-start practice, interval training, and competitive simulations, the coach delivers personalized feedback to optimize each athlete’s performance. Ideal for pairs seeking to elevate their skills together, these sessions foster teamwork while driving individual progress toward peak sprinting potential.
Cancellation Policy
No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy Booking and Attendance: By booking a training session, you agree to attend at the scheduled time. Your commitment helps ensure effective and consistent training for all participants. Late Cancellation: If you need to cancel a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a £10 late cancellation fee. No-Show Fee: If you do not attend a booked session without prior notice ("no-show"), A fee will be charged. This helps cover the costs associated with planning and preparing for each session. This will be the whole deposit. Payment: Late cancellation and no-show fees will be added to your account and must be paid prior to attending the next session. Failure to settle these fees may result in the suspension of further training until the balance is cleared. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unavoidable reason for a late cancellation or no-show, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider waiving the fee on a case-by-case basis.
